Body After Baby is co-written effort from Natalie Jill and Ingrid Romero. We are two fellow moms, providers, personal assistants, laundry specialists, housekeepers, daily planners, chauffeurs, and anything else that fits into a standard family day!
Oh yes, and we are both nutrition & fitness professionals! Both of us absolutely understand the challenges that every mom faces both during and after pregnancy, and we hope to use our own experiences to help you lead a healthy and fit life.
